About Max Facility

Our Story
Max Facility LLC was founded by Kelly Johnson, who has over 20 years of experience running ice rinks — ice operations, refrigeration plant monitoring, staff scheduling, programming, and capital planning. He runs facilities, not someone consulting on them from a distance.
That hands-on experience is the foundation of everything Max Facility offers. Kelly has managed the daily realities that most facility software and consultants only read about. His work has included dasher board replacement projects, equipment evaluations, staff training programs, and the operational documentation rinks rely on for compliance and daily operations.
RinkReports came out of that experience. It replaces paper logs and spreadsheets with a system built around how rinks actually operate.
Based in Central New York, Max Facility works with rinks and recreation facilities of every size — from single-sheet community rinks to multi-sheet complexes.
